According to a Denver Post article, Denver’s housing-market supply remained the second-lowest nationally, tucked just behind San Francisco.
Residential construction also continues to improve in Metro Denver as residential building permits reached the highest point since June 2007, during August. The jump was mainly due to a significant increase in multifamily permits, which rose 241.2 percent compared with the July number and were 651.7 percent above the levels last year, according to the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation’s monthly summary.
